The owner sees a working demo of their own site before paying anything. If they like it, they sign a written agreement with Something Digital LLC and pay half up front and half on approval.

05Refunds & cancellation
- The demo is free, so there is nothing to pay or refund if you say no.
- The 50% deposit reserves your place and isn't refundable once paid, unless we don't deliver what the agreement describes.
- After launch the package price isn't refundable. Anything that doesn't work as agreed is fixed free for 30 days.
- Care and AI Receptionist can be cancelled anytime. The period already paid runs to its end.
