01Who we are
Something Digital LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. It builds and sells digital products for small businesses under separate brands. All sales, contracts, invoices and refunds for every brand are handled by Something Digital LLC.
- NOSITE (nosite.online): website design and development, booking systems, local SEO, website maintenance (Care) and an optional AI Receptionist.
- NoMiss (nomiss.online): an AI receptionist and automation product, currently in development. It is not offered for sale and no payments are taken for it. These terms will be updated before it launches.
02Enquiries and quotes
Sending an email, a form or a message does not create a contract or guarantee we will take a project on. Final scope, price and deadlines are agreed separately in writing.
03What you can buy
Current products and prices are listed on our Pricing page and on each brand's site. For NOSITE: website packages from $700; the optional Care plan at $69 per month, or $49 per month paid six months up front; and the optional AI Receptionist at $249 per month plus a one-time $199 setup fee, waived when ordered with a Bookings or Growth website or with the first three months paid up front ($747). The AI Receptionist includes 500 call minutes a month (extra minutes $0.20 each). It is an AI and can make mistakes; it is not a substitute for emergency services.
The Bookings and Growth packages include the first one and three months of Care respectively; after those months Care ends on its own and continues only if you sign up for it.
Domain, hosting and business email are registered in your name and billed by those providers directly, not by us. If a package uses a paid third-party tool (for example booking software), we name it and its price before you pay.
04Pricing and payment
The price, scope and timeline for your project are confirmed in writing (the service agreement) before you are asked to pay anything. Payments are made in US dollars by invoice or payment link and processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
The first demo of a NOSITE website is free. If you go ahead, the package price is paid in two halves: a 50% deposit when you sign the service agreement, and 50% when you approve the finished site, before it goes live. The deposit reserves your place and work starts the same day, so it can't be refunded once paid, unless we don't deliver what we agreed.
Monthly plans are billed in advance. Cancelling stops the next renewal; a period already paid runs to its end and is not refunded.
05Refunds and cancellation
Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, together with the service agreement for your project.
06Timelines and your part
Timelines on our sites are typical, not guaranteed. The timeline for your project is set in your service agreement and runs from the day we have the content, access and approvals we need from you.
07Who owns the website
Once a website package is paid in full, the site we built for you (its design, code and content) is yours, along with the domain and accounts registered in your name. Third-party software and fonts stay under their own licences. We may show the finished site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
08Demos
We may prepare a demo of a website for your business before you ask for one, using your publicly available name, logo, photos and details. A demo is a private preview: it is not published, not indexed and creates no obligation to buy. If you do not go ahead, we take it down and delete the materials.
09Using our sites
Use our sites lawfully. You must not:
- Attempt unauthorised access to the sites or their systems
- Interfere with their operation or security
- Submit false or misleading information
- Use them for fraudulent or unlawful activity
- Copy or misuse their content without permission
10Content
Text, graphics, logos and design elements on our sites are owned by Something Digital LLC or used with permission. Do not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially use them without permission, except where the law allows.
11Third-party services
Our sites rely on third parties for hosting, security, analytics, payments and communication. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which may apply to you.
12Availability
We work to keep our sites up, but we do not guarantee they are always available, uninterrupted or error-free.
13Disclaimer and liability
Information on our sites is general. So far as the law permits, Something Digital LLC is not responsible for losses caused by temporary unavailability, technical problems, third-party failures, or unauthorised access beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
14Payment disputes
If something is wrong with a payment, contact us first at info@somethingdigital.online or +1 (213) 870-7764. Most problems are resolved in one conversation. See Billing & charges. A chargeback opened without contacting us does not cancel the agreement or transfer ownership of unpaid work.
15Governing law
These terms and any service agreement are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, unless the law of the country where you live as a consumer gives you rights that cannot be waived.
16Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date at the top.
