How do I pay?
By Stripe invoice or payment link, in US dollars. Cards and the other methods Stripe offers are accepted. We never see or store your full card number.
When am I charged?
Never before a written agreement. For a NOSITE website: 50% when you sign, 50% when you approve the finished site before it goes live. Monthly plans are billed in advance for the period you choose.
Can I get a refund?
It depends on the stage. The demo is free, the deposit is refundable if we don't deliver what we agreed, and monthly plans stop at the end of the paid period. Details are in the Refund Policy.
What will my bank statement say?
A charge from Something Digital, sometimes with the brand name added. The Billing page explains every variant. Billing →
