Something Digital LLC is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA. Business address: Cicha 4, 22-200 Włodawa, Poland. It is the controller of the personal information described here, for all of its brands (NOSITE, and NoMiss once it launches).

02What we collect
This site has no forms. When you email or call us, or use a form on a brand site, you may give us:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Anything included in your message or project request
03Businesses we contact
We contact businesses about our services by phone and email, using business contact details they have made public (for example on a Google Business Profile or their own website). To prepare a demo we may use the business's public name, logo, photos and details. Demos are private previews shared only with that business. If the business does not go ahead, we take the demo down and delete what we collected for it within 60 days. Tell us at any time that you do not want to be contacted and we will add you to our do-not-contact list.
04Text messages
We send text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them, and we record when that consent was given. Texts are about your meeting, project, payments or service, never bulk marketing, and are sent between 8 am and 9 pm your local time. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
05AI Receptionist calls
If a business uses our AI Receptionist, we process the calls made to that business on its behalf: the caller's number, what they say, and the summary sent to the business. Callers are told they are speaking to an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded. Recordings and transcripts are kept for 90 days unless the business asks for a different period.
06What arrives automatically
Visiting our sites sends basic technical information: IP address, browser type, device information and general usage. This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we measure traffic here, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.

08How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers only where reasonably necessary to run our sites, communicate with you, deliver the work or meet a legal obligation:
- Cloudflare: hosting, security and analytics
- Stripe: payments
- Formspree: delivers the contact form on nosite.online to our inbox
- Our email and phone providers: correspondence with you
We may disclose information where required by law or a valid request from a government authority.
09Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card or bank details are entered on Stripe's systems and handled under Stripe's privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number. We receive what Stripe shares with merchants (your name, email, the amount, the date and the last four digits of the card) and keep it as business records.
10Security and retention
We take reasonable measures to protect what we hold, though no internet transmission is completely secure. An enquiry that does not become a project is deleted within 24 months. Client records, contracts and invoices are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
11Your choices
Write to info@somethingdigital.online if you want to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Request deletion where applicable
- Withdraw consent where processing relies on it
- Receive your data in a portable format, or object to how we use it
12If you are in the EU or UK
Because we work from the European Union, the GDPR applies to what we hold. We rely on: taking steps you asked for and performing our contract with you; our legitimate interest in running and securing our sites and keeping business records; your consent where we ask for it; and legal obligations for tax records. Some providers process data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. You can complain to a data protection authority (in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO), though we would like the chance to fix it first.
13Children
Our sites are for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
14Changes
We may update this policy. Any change is posted here with a new date at the top.
